SoW RP: Playing in the Beach (Sialuk and Anya)

Anya was walking down the street, enjoying the cool breeze that came with the summer. She was enjoying her new home, and was enjoying the fact that her master lets her stroll around the city in the day. She was truly enjoying her time here.

Alleys and alleys was the way of Sialuk. It make some days that he was around the periphery, away from the down town. He was sure that Prince wouldn't care to him get some free time since he avoided walking around and keeping in Guard by more than 3 days followed.

With the few movements in the street, he walked straight until the sidewalk. His head turned to the houses around, Sialuk kept with the head lowered at the shoulders' level;

Anya kept walking down the street, and wanting to explore the town. She then noticed a dog walking out of the alleyways of one of the buildings, and she stopped before she walked into him. She noticed his fur color and saw that he was keeping his head low."Oh, hello there."

Stopping roughly at the front of a tall and pale body at his front, Sialuk inclined the body back, being supported by the back legs while steeped back to have a better view of the body. He realized the feminine voice crossing his ears.

''..Hello.'' he said twisting a brow after fixing hi posture again in the ground, with all the legs now.

Anya noticed that the dog in front of her was a strong, muscular type of a dog, and she could not tell if he was a friendly or a short tempered dog. She hoped that trying to start a conversation would show who he was."My name is Anya, I just moved here, this place has beautiful weather in the summer." She hoped that what she said was friendly for the other dog, and she was a little interested in finding out who he was.

Sialuk realized she was starting a talk, but thought for a while what he would be doing in the same time. With shake in the head, Sialuk sighed and kept the selfish thoughts to himself, trying a smile to the female. ''Yeah, the summer is a season we really should enjoy in Nome. I'm...Sialuk.''

Anya could tell that the Sialuk somewhat did not want to speak with her, but made sure to be polite."Hey, you would know where a good spot to fish is?" She thought that maybe an activity would help her get to know him and maybe other dogs in the city as well.

Sialuk titled his head while thought. Fishing? Isn't his way, he always preferred fresh meat, but not really wet. Although he never really ate fish, wasn't a interesting thing to him. With the eyes turned back to the female, he twisted a brow and looked to behind him, in the way to the alley. Sialuk never went in the beach, but knew the way since Nome was surrounded by one. At least he think it is.

''Uh, I think in the beach? There's no snow in the summer, I suppose there would have a lot of fishes...?'' he said turning back to her. And so, she likes fishes? So is it? Sialuk had lots of questions about her, even if he wasn't sure if he really was interested. She was a kind of husky by what he could realize, but why so tall? He would be able to make some friends since it doesn't disrupt his life with the Gang, she didn't seem as a danger after all.

''You're new hm? I guess you're probably pet?'' A stray wouldn't travel so far, after the forest Sialuk didn't knew about another town before the long way of white mountains. He knew about wolves and lot of animals there that would make the way more difficult, but never about something like a village.

Anya could tell that she was making him come out of his shell, and she could tell that he was trying to start up a conversation also."Yeah, I'm a pet, and I'm guessing that you are a stray that likes to roam around the town?She really didn't mind that he was a stray, because he seemed nice enough."Is it okay if you show me how to get to the beach? I still don't know the town very well.

Sialuk nodded, she seemed as someone kind and friendly by now. ''Yep, you got it.'' he said rolling the shoulders. He wasn't really used to see girls as strays, so supposed she was a pet. Well, Abel was a kind of pet, and Kyrana wasn't a stray anymore...

Her question made him raise a brow. ''Hm, I think so. I don't exactly went there before, but I watched it away.' he said as turned the body to trot to the alley again. ''Just follow me, I guess.'' Sialuk said in a shrug, stopping at the alley's front.

Anya followed Sialuk and eventually walked up beside him."So how long have you lived here?" Anya was getting more interested on who she was talking to, mainly because it meant that it was going to pass the time to the beach faster. It seemed as the beach was a long way from where they were.

Sialuk started walking to inside the alley. There was an exit, of course, where was the way to another part of the town, and soon they would get away from the buildings. The view of the beach was something that kept in Sialuk's imagination. He always lived in the woods and somewhere away from the ocean, wasn't something of his interest anyway. Even if he knew all that town, he never went in he coast. The thought about sand was interesting too.

With the female at his side starting to talk, Sialuk titled his head to look at her while was walking, at least for a time while he wasn't looking to the way. He started to wonder about to who he talk to. Talking about his life, talking bout the gang. Maybe he should start to omit some things. At least sometimes.

''Yes. Although my house would change in my entire life, I never went anywhere than Nome.'' he explained, remembering that she was 'new' there. ''What about you? You're just a pet or do some kind of work?'' he questioned her as kept trotting until the sidewalk was at his view.

As Sialuk asked her what she did, she smiled a bit as it reminded her of the great times she had with her job."I used to be a lead dog on a small sled team. It was the most fun I had ever had in my life. My old owner gave me a early retirement and gave me to a friend, who moved here and I am enjoying a nice day with you. So does that answer your question?Anya giggled a little as she said this, Sialuk was more and more trustworthy every time he spoke. It looked to her as he was going to be her first friend in Nome.

Sialuk chuckled. ''It looks interesting. I was used to pull a sled too, but nothing about races or something. Just a personal thing, I can say is really helpful.'' he smirked, with the paws in the another avenue now, Sialuk looked at the sides and continued the way straight to the another side of the street. ''It's a simple way, not really away from the down town, if you live around there.'' Nome wasn't something too large, the ways there was quick and simple.

Sialuk titled his head for a while, remembering about the sled teams in the town. ''Well, here's two sled teams, but they work with sled races. Maybe you would try to join in one sometime...? I mean, if you'd like.'' he said with a kind of shrug, sledding again wasn't a too important thing to him. That was of the human's interest, nothing important to the Gang, where he had to be focused in.

"Well, I'll think about it, but for now I'll stick with the retirement."Anya did think about rejoining a dog sledding team, but she also liked not having to worrying about it either."Besides, it's more fun to be able to talk to nice dogs like you instead of worrying about a job."

Sialuk titled his head to look at her with a clumsy smirk. Nice dogs like him? That was new. He questioned himself for a moment while had crossed the street with her, Sled or talk? As his tail waggled a bit, he turned to talk to her raising the brows in a quiet tone.

''Well, it's summer. There's no snow and no races. Although you would be able to make friends in your own sled team, you has the entire summer to think about it until the snow come again.'' Sialuk added, if she was a sled dog before, a leader, why she wouldn't be able to be part of a team again?

''Hmn...It's curious you was a leader, you know? Small dogs are knew to be faster in sled teams by their own size, and you're pretty tall...'' he tried to change the topic, some sentences before was just like he was trying to put her into the sled team, he didn't wanted to be bad interpreted.

"Well it was a small sled team of 6, and I was still the fastest of the whole team and faster than other dogs that thought I was too slow, or that I couldn't take them on in a sparring fight." Anya felt proud to say that, to be able to prove someone wrong about her. "I'll take you on in a spar just to prove it too you!" Anya then went into a play bow and bounced around Sialuk to see if he would play.

Sialuk kept looking at her while walked. There was another, but shorter alley, where they would be able to see the end of the building and where the beach was placed. With a simple run to there, they would be able to see the ocean and get how many fishes they would like to get. At least Anya.

''Interesting. The size can bother sometimes, but anyway.'' he shrugged as speed up the steps before she cross his front. Sialuk rose the ears to face her with the female's words. She was defying him? ''Heh, let's put the paws in the sand, and then we can solve this.'' he smiled maliciously to her, that would be funny after all. Sialuk was in the way to look as a lazy dog the most time, running would be something that he would enjoy.

Anya ran to the beach, and she immediately ran into the water to grab a fish. She did so in a very quick time and trotted back to the beach with the fish in her mouth. She then ate it in a very quick manner, and then went up to Sialuk and went back into her play bow."You ready to play?"

Her quick movements left Sialuk's view when she ran to the beach. He trotted faster to don't run, arriving in the beach where was some sand as he thought. Sialuk twisted a brow, she did that really fast, and ate the fish in a couple of minutes. Maybe there was the reason that she was a leader...

''What the...Yeah, I am.'' he said shaking the head. ''I didn't knew that there was fishes too close in the coast...'' he titled his head and looked at the beach behind her. Sialuk kept in the sand, avoiding the contact with the water and nodding with Anya's question one more time.

Anya then nipped at Sialuk's ears and then ran in the opposite direction. She turned around, seeing if he would take the bait and chase her. It was nice to have some fun, and for a little while she was a little bored being the new dog in town.

Sialuk twisted the brows in confusion, keeping the eyes in the pale female after she did bitting his ears. Sialuk realized she wanted to play since the first time, but was unsure to what to do. With a last look to the town by the way they came, he sighed and ran behind her with a smile. He wasn't competitive, but that was funny, and running again for a while was the best since he couldn't run with his friend Abel in the hills, maybe some friends out of the Gang wouldn't be a bad thing, both of them was inoffensive at his view, they was his friends.

''Think again before doing something like this!'' Sialuk barked playfully, even if his tone didn't said too much about that. He could fell the sand flying under his body and paws, he could enjoy some time there. Approaching of her and biting slightly her hell, Sialuk chuckled and ran at her side while saw himself as a pup again.

His childhood was a good thing, but sometimes he just wanted to get focused into his current life. Fun sometimes wasn't good on his mind, even if he was enjoying this time, he wanted to get serious to his job. He wouldn't play with the intruders when they approach of the cabin...
